How do I download a CD to my iPod shuffle?

I need step-by-step instructions on how to download a CD from Windows 7 PC to my iPod suffle, please.

You need to import the music from you CD into iTunes then sync to your iPod.

You should spend a little with the iTunes online help (See Add music....) here:
