Insert Effects drop out or are out of sync

Ok, since I got no answers before, I will try it with a better headline now :-)

For some reason, it seems like the insert effects in Logic drop out and need some time before they go back to work.

I am using a Tremolo FX on a Synth to simulate a sidechain compression (1st 8th volume down/2nd 8th volume up). When the instrument does not play for a few bars and it comes back in, sometimes the tremolo needs one or two bars to sync again correctly. This does not only apply to the tremolo FX, it also happens for example with Reverbs in channel inserts. They just kill the first couple of notes sometimes. It seems like the channel is "sleeping" after it has a couple of bars pause. And sometimes it needs a little time to "wake up" again when it should play.

Is there any possibility to turn that off?
