Does anyone know of a way to have a misspelled engraving corrected?

If Apple messed up the engraving on your iPad, have them replace it.

If Apple has done the engraving incorrectly, let them know by calling sales suppor 800-692-7753 so they can fix it for you. Unfortunately they are laser engraved and it's not really an easy fix. They might have a way of buffing out the engraving, but I'm not sure.

You'll want to call and see what your options are if it was just a typo.
