Unable to uninstall Apple Software update

Everytime i try to uninstall it i keep getting There is a problem with this windows installer package a program for this install to complete could not be run I have tryed reinstalling itunes and such etc etc i can remove everyhting else but Apple soft ware update:( PLEASE HELP ME!
