What does this mean?
Airport-OTHER
Basically, it is telling you that the AirPort Utility is having difficulties either finding or communicating with the base station.

Although this article addresses a different error message, using a software firewall on either a Mac or PC may prevent the AirPort Utility from properly communicating with the base station.
