Your Fax machine needs to be tied directly to your land line, if no fax modem interfacing with your Mac, you would have to print the doc, scan it into your HP fax machine to send. This is digital to analog back to digital. Old school.


You can send directly from your Mac, and bypass your HP, many options, here is one:
