Aperture 3.1.2. not showing correct serial number camera

Hi there,

I've just noticed that Aperture is not showing the correct serial number for my camera (Canon 7D). With my previous camera (Canon 500D) the serial showed correctly. With the Canon 7D Aperture is showing a (incorrect) serial number with a minus ➖ sign before it.

Does anyone know why this is happening ?
