I last had my iphone 4 on May 28th, it doesn't have any "find your phone" apps or any stuff like that. It is still lost today, and i really need it tomorrow! If anyone has any tips or ideas, please tell me them.
also, i have looked in every room for 1hour each of my house.

How on earth do you think we would be able to help you, even if you had find my phone activated the phone would have died by now.
if the app was not required why would the app be made at all? would it not be a bit crazy to make an app to track a phone if the phone could be tracked without the app?
Not sure if this holds true anymore, but it's my understanding that if you have a serial number for any of your Apple devices, you can contact Apple customer service and they could possibly help track the location of your device. Of course, it depends on if device was accessed online or bluetooth was activated since misplacing it.

So I lost my iphone 4S, but I know it had the phone 4 digit screen lock on. Is there a way to located my phone even if someone removes the SIM card and restores the phone? Help....!!

I have iCloud with Find my iPhone. If they turn on the phone, I will be notified where they are, right?

I don't believe you will be notified but if you are checking for the location at that time, you will know the location at that time.
The answer to the last question is no.
Not even if I have the original serial number or that SSID or whatever it's called? This really suc*s if true and makes the iCloud service a real waste if it doesn't protect me against this...
Feels like I just lost my iPhone....
i think you'll just have to keep looking because it would be difficult to track it without expertise equiptment
