Adobe Synchronizer hogging battery and running the fan constantly.
My battery was only running about two hours on my macbook pro. After checking activity montitor I found that adoberesourcesynchronizer was running 82 % of the cpu usage.
To fix.
You could just remove adobe from the system but if you use adobe reader extensivly as I do you can also try the following:
Navigate to:
/applications control click adobe and select "show package contents".
Navigate to:
/contents/support/ and delete "adoberesourcesynchronizer.app"
This program updates rss feeds to adobe files. So you will no longer get those but hopefully you don't rely on those too much.
