What's the precise text of that message, please? (There's a couple of different ones I can think of that you might be getting.)

I seem to have a similar problem, although with mine i get a message saying
"The iTunes application could not be opened. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation"
However, it used to work perfectly fine BEFORE!
Any help would be much appreciated, I miss my music 😟

With that one, let's first try a repair install of iTunes. In your Uninstall a program control panel, select iTunes and click repair.
Does the install seem to go through okay? If so, does iTunes launch for you now?

I try to repair install of Itunes and give the same error, All the install seem ok, just the problem is when I try to open the Itunes, What else I can make?? Itunes 9 run perfectly,
Okay, we'd better check on malware just in case.
Try downloading and installing the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware. Update your MBAM definitions and then run a full scan of the PC. (Takes about 2 hour on my Lenovo.)

Does the scan find any infections? If so, please paste the contents of the log file for the scan in a reply here so we can have a look.

No still I have same problem. The i tunes is not working.
With the malware out of the way, let's try another repair install of iTunes. If no luck there, we'll try a complete uninstall and reinstall of iTunes and related componentry:
