My home computer crashed. I now have a laptop. Will I lose all my contacts and game saves?

We had an old ancient computer when I got my iPhone 3GS. I synced it only twice, but since then it has crashed and I have downloaded tons of apps and added a lot of contacts. I now own a laptop, which I haven't hooked up to my phone yet. I know that with my Apple ID I'll be able to get all my apps downloaded, but will I lose all the data for each game and my contacts?
