My address bar went poof. I do not know what I did and I cannot figure out how to get it back. I am computer stupid sorry, so please walk me through it like I was a 5 year old or dumb, the latter being the case lol.

Assuming that you are talking about safari....
Open safari
Go to your menu bar at the top of the screen...
Click on view
Then click on customize
Then you will see your navigation bar there click and drag it back to where it was
