Table in Pages texts

I am trying to make a table in Pages for a Nurses Report Sheet. I need to put military time so like 0600, 0700 etc. I can't get the first 0 to stay. After I leave the cell it auto corrects to 600 and 700. What setting do I need to change to keep the first 0?

Select the cells > Inspector > Table > Format > Cell Format > Date and Time > Time > 19:08

This will give you a 24 hour clock, to have just the 0600 or 0700 without punctuation format the cells to Text
