My system is in French but mail suddely were in Greek.
I used Apple > System Preferences > International and I removed other languages than "French" but mail is now in English.
No settings in mail to change the language.
Please tell me how to get it back in French.

Hi, Yes It's exactly what I did.
I followed the instruction of your page and now It's in English (But I want French like my System).
As I don't have English installed I don't understand why Mail is in English now.

It's not very likely that you actually removed all the files for English from your machine. What procedure did you use for that?
Are you really using 10.5? If so, you can select the Mail program icon in Applications and do File > Get Info > Language and make sure only the box for French is checked.

It may be that : In Mail.app > Get Info > Language, I don't have French in the list so I can't check it.

I think you would need to reinstall Mail from your original disks. There is an app called Pacifist which lets you do that.
