After some trouble with the import from my ipad I have 8 versions of the same picture...
There should only be 2 (jpeg+raw)
Is there a way to select intelligent so the delete-process is fast?

Where are you seeing these "duplicates"? In iPhoto or elsewhere?
As to shooting RAW + JPEG - there is no need to -- pick one or the other - when you import RAW to iPhoto you get a JPEG so there is no reason at all to have the camera do this too
