Hi,
I have been purchasing apps from Appstore and now I need to sync my ipad into a new laptop.
Will I still be able to get my apps back and will my game progress for certain apps be affected?
In addition, when i plugged my ipad into the new laptop, it keeps saying by syncing with it, all my data will be erased! O M G...
Kindly enlighten me on this issue..

To get your apps back to your PC, you simply need, before sync, ask iTunes to "Transfer Purchases" (it is a ctrl-click (or right-click) option on your device listed on iTunes), that will transfer all your purchased iPad apps to the PC.
About game progression, most likely it is saved within your iPad's app data space. As long as you don't remove the app from iPad, it is safe. Be sure have the app in iTunes before sync iPad, or it will be deleted (this is true for any other thing in your iPad, too, as songs or videos: if the song or video not already into iTunes, it will be deleted from iPad on sync).
