Hey, so I bought apps that were in CDs such as the iMovie, iPhoto, Aperture, etc. How do I register it to the new Mac App Store? I want to link it to my Apple ID. The App Store doesn't recognize the apps, Please help me,

I don't believe you can. Only apps bought from the App Store are registered.
That *****, does that mean we have to purchase apps all over again from the app store for future updates? as in if i need to re-install my mac and i don't have the cd with me, that means i'm screwed? 😢
The iLife Apps, at least, require you to pay full price for a major new release, anyway.
Only the components of the iLife suite of software are available from the Mac App Store.
The updates for your iLIfe bundled software will be available from your Apple menu / Software Update, not the MAS.
No need to register or link anything. 🙂 You do not have to re purchase.
However, if you buy apps directly from the Mac App Store, you can re download without having to buy again.
Lol, I mean though in general, like my apps such as Pixelmator, a good example, I bought it not from the app store, like registration to the mac app store would be nice so you don't have to repurchase them if you want to have it on your account on the app store right?🙂
You need a good backup of your Mac. If you create a bootable backup with SuperDuper, then if you have to reinstall the OS or move to another Mac, you can easily migrate all your current apps.
