App Purchasing Error

I've just opened up an account with itunes using my AMEX card. The app store won't let me download any products?

It's asking me to contact itunes customer support and then show this:

"we could not complete your request. There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later (100)"


I have performed a permissions and disk verification and repair and I've restarted my computer twice.


I have also logged in with another user account and successfully downloaded a paid application, which leads me to believe it has to do with this specific credit card.

Anyone Else have this problem...I'm contacting Apple customer support now as well.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.
