purchase order

Hi,

I use a Mac Pro at work for varius tasks. It's really the only one in the building. Was wondering, is there a way to set up an app store account to use purchase orders to pay for things?

It would sure beat needing to get a check request from using a personal credit card, or buying multiple itunes gift cards (those get a lot of raised eyebrows)

Thanks,

Jamie

You are mixing a few things together. The Apple online store which sells Apple products, namely hardware, can be contacted to establish a business account that accepts purchase orders. But neither the iTunes Store, the iTunes App Store, the iBooks Store nor the Mac App Store can use purchase orders.

If you want to purchase things from these stores for your company Mac, then you should speak with your accounting department about establishing a company Apple ID with an account to use in these stores that would charge the purchases to a company credit card.
