Can't access itunes connect "Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect"

Hi.

I bought a iOS developer program for 4 days ago.

I can log in to developer.apple.com -> member center and I have access to the iOS Provisional portal and can add/download certificates and add app IDs and stuff like that.

But when I'm trying to access itunes connect I get the error message "Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect" when I tries to log in.

I have searched for an answer to this problem. But all I have found is that you need to fill in a State, which I have.

I have tried to mail apple, but no answer yet.

Does someone have/had the same problem? And solved it.
