Remove CDDB data?

I think my other questions were approaching my problem from the wrong angle. I'll try again.

Having inserted a CD in iTunes, it now "knows" what it is from the CDDB, but the data there is nonsense. This is repeated on 24 CDs, each with about 40 tracks each, so a lot of data to change manually.

I just want to remove the CDDB data - how do I do it?

I like to use the CDDB Data for song titles. I usually like to alter the Artist name or album title. When I do that I just highlight the entire album (before or after I import it into my Itunes Library) and right click then hit get info. From there I fill out whatever information I want to have.

So far I have over 100 albums on my Itunes and many artists with only one album. So I created a list called "One Offs". I name all the artists with one album One Offs and the name of the album as the artist's name. This way when I brouse through my artist list in my Itunes, there arren't nearly as many artists to scroll through.
