Earthlink Website and Safari??

The Earthlink support page http://support.earthlink.net/ does not function or display properly on my macs. If you click on the Contact Us-email link on the left hand side of the page.you get a page that has different content than it does on IE on a windows machine. The drop down menus also have different content.

I had noticed this issue on every version of Safari as well as Firefox and Camino. It used to work properly in IE on my powerbook but I just recently checked it and it shows the same page version as Safari. You won't understand what I'm talking about unless you can try this on a windows machine with a more current version of IE. I've done this at work on our computers and I get the different content I'm talking about on the email page as well as in the drop down menus.

This has really annoyed for a long time since I used to use that email link to get help with tech issues on my dsl service, now that link on my macs only gets billing help content.
Has anyone got an answer for this?

I like their features, but not the lack of support for Safari is, at least FF
could have some support.Their software also seems to not sit well w/ my system.
i was searching how to remove the total access software and I just had to reply. I email them after h * and high water asking for Support.
Hoping it improves ,i doubt IE/ Netscape users pay more than my/ourDSL service costs. arrggh.
good luck with this annoyance. makes me kooky-!!

I don't know when it happened but Safari now displays the correct page on Earthlink's site. I also checked and it now works with the Gap and Old Navy web sites. Previously you got a message that the browser was unsupported, and there was no way to access the sites. I don't know if this changed during 10.4.4 or 10.4.5, or if the sites themselves changed. Anyway I'm definitely pleased.
