FCP X GUI Will not open for my User; Binary store save failed

I've been knocking my head against the desk all day. My usual user login cannot run FCP X or Motion; that is, I can't get past the splash screen and see the GUI.

In Console, I get the same two errors consistently:

6/21/11 11:31:32 PM Final Cut Pro[7191] Binary store save failed.

6/21/11 11:31:32 PM Final Cut Pro[7191] A call to OSACopyScriptingDefinition() by NSScriptSuiteRegistry returned an error. Is this application's OSAScriptingDefinition Info.plist entry valid? If its value is 'dynamic', is there an 'ascr'/'gsdf' Apple event handler registered?

Other user Logins have NO PROBLEM whatsoever. So it MUST be something in my User Library, no?

One thing I have noticed when the other users successfully launch FCP X for the first time, the auvaltool is usr/bin seems to open a dozen times, and according to this console log from launching FCP X from a clean Admin account, it seems to be "listening" on a specific port a bunch of times, trying to get through the Firewall (see log below; I'm at a loss to explain this). What I do know is that my main user account always gets the Binary store save failed error right after auvaltool launches once and quits. All succesful FCP X launches have the auvaltool launching like crazy, seemingly two at a time.

I've tried:

Restarting

Deleting preferences (com.apple.FinalCut.plist)

Deleting Caches

Turning off my Firewall

Resetting Qmaster

Opening the FCP X Package/Info.plist and looking for something to change

Can anyone help me fix my current user settings, or must I start from scratch?
