Can't Create Group in Address Book

Hi,

I have had this problem for about 2 years! Bascially I can't create a group in address book. It just stays as "untitled" I have tried all the suggestions including deleting plists, repairing permissions, creating new user accounts and have actually done a fresh install of Snow Leopard so the data from address book is actually just the sync with mobile me, so I guess the data must be corrupted or conflicting with something right? This is the blurb I get in the console when I try to create a group:

Thanks,

Kerry
