Calendar event time wrong / MS Exchange

Every time I receive a calendar invite to my Exchange email account, the time shown on the invite is one hour behind.

Does anyone have any possible solution for this?

Not sure if this helps but:

When checking the email invite from my 2011 MacBook Pro using MS Office for Mac 2011, the time shown on the invite is 1 hour behind.

When checking the email invite from my WIN7 PC using Office 2010 Pro Plus, the time shown on the invite is accurate.

ANY POSSIBLE SOLUTION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED AS THIS IS CAUSING SERIOUS SCHEDULING CONFLICTS!!! 😕
