change a color in an image.

Is it possible to drop an image into Pages then change a color within the image ?

Currently I use Pixelmator for changing colors but I thought there may be a

way in Pages.

Lenny,

I think the answer depends on what you want to do. Substituting one color for another can be done in Pages. Use Instant Alpha to delete one color and place a shape of another color behind the altered image to substitute another color. Changing Exposure, Tint, etc. can be done in Preview and then brought to Pages.

Jerry, changing exposure, brightnes etc. can be done in Pages too with the Adjustment tool.

Lenny, I think it is better to do the changes in a graphical application like Pixelmator before you add the picture to Pages. Pages will remember the changes and bloat the document in Mb.

Right you are! I've just never thought of doing that in Pages and didn't give it a thorough search for the Adjustment Panel. Lenny - you'll find the option to show the Adjustment Panel in the View Menu.
