Worked fine yesterday but now I can't do anything. Tried a network reset and checked MMS settings to make sure that they were correct. Basically when I select a photo to send and choose a contact, I check the status and the bar gets about 85% full and gets 'stuck'
I'm getting pretty frustrated with Apple these days. UGH!

Just to make sure, have you gone back to check and see if the photos eventually sent? I know that on occasion (when the network is particularly busy) my photos struggle to get out, but if I go gack in after (anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes) they will have sent and not notified me that they did.

They have been failing with the red explanation point after approx 10 minutes.
Have you been able to resolve this issue?

You may be able to skip a couple steps like confirming your account is provisioned for MMS because it used to work before.
