ipod going crazy

My Ipod touch is going crazy....it goes from one screen to another without me touching anything. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I tried everything suggested on the web...restore..rebooting etc. I am at my wits end...I can not do anything with out it going nuts....when it is really bad and i push the button on the top..it takes a picture of the screen....HELP
