How do you set a recurring event to occur only on weekdays?

I want to set an event so that it occurs only on Sunday thru Thursday evenings on an ongoing basis for a year.

I know how to set an iPhone alarm to do this.

Can I create a recurring event in iCal with those parameters?

MacBook Pro 15, Mac OS X (10.6.7), 20" Apple Cinema Screen, Safari 5.0., Mail 4.4, Address Book 5.
