Printer stopped working
My printer HP C3180 All in one Photosmart has been working great for years. Tonight I can't get it to print. The HP Setup Assistant keeps popping up but when you try to run it nothing happens. When I try to print from Word this message comes up. "Word cannot print due to a problem with the current printer. Make sure you have a printer selected in Print Center. You may need to print again or adjust your printer settings." In Printer Setup Utility the printer is visible to add but I get the following message when I try to add it "An error occurred while trying to add the selected printer. error 13"
