I find the online help cumbersome. If you do as well here is how to make a PDF of it.

2. Click on the printer icon in the top right corner and select "Book".

3. In the printer window click the "PDF" button and select "Save as PDF".

That is actually a really goo idea. Would be so nice to be able to download it on other platforms. I'd even pay a dollar or two for it.
