Macbook A1342 won't boot after replacing top case

. Hey guys. Herse some more detail on the issue. The magsafe light is after everything was installed was only a very, very dim green. Wasn't blinking, or orange, just green. I took apart the mac again, re-seat the magsafe dc in, and plugged it in and got a bright steady green light. However, it will not boot, no matter what. The installation itself seemed to go perfect without a hitch, so I am puzzled as to why I am having this issue. It was working fine before the new case was installed. I even went as far as installing everything back into the old topcase and I still have the same issue which leads me to believe a part got broken. I am thinking it is the magsafe dc in board, but I wanted a second opinion before I went ahead and ordered one.
