HOW TO UNLOCK WEB BROWSER

Question

HOW DI I UNLOCK MY WEB BROWER TO ALLOW POPUPS? I AM TRYING TO APPLY FOR A JOB ONLINE AND MY WEBROWSER

HAS BLOCK A POPUP THAT I NEED. CURRENTLY IT IS PROGRAMED TO BLOCK POPUPS AND I CNNOT GET IT OFF.

In Safari, that setting is kept in your Security preferences:
