I am starting to feel a little better about it.

Granted, I am in a small market and don't need all of the functionality that most of the folks on this forum need. And, I do miss some things that have been taken out. I do hope that things will improve soon, but...I have been editing for over 35 years: Sony 1/2 inch, Umatic, Video Toasters, Pinnacle, Beta, M-II, DVcam, XDCAM HD, AVID, you get the picture. I have only played with FCP X for a day or two and I am starting to like it. I will keep 7 on my system for quite some time but it isn't all that bad. Let's give it a while and see where it goes. Always the optimist.
