Why Can't I Download iTunes??

Everytime I Try And Download iTunes It Gets To 99% And Then Just Freezes!!! I Have Been Trying For Months To Get This To Work But It Just Wont!!! What Should I Do?!

Are you able to complete the download if you use a different web browser? (For example, Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, or vice versa?)
