Publish to two local folders in iWeb

If you are referring to being able to publish two websites to different local folders, the way to go is have each site on a separate Domain file so that they can be launched in iWeb and published separately.

I guess you would either publish one and then change the location in the Site Publishing Settings page and publish the other or publish to one location and then paste a copy of the website folder to the other location.
