How to delete old apple ID from Ipod touch?

i have a second hand itouch. i cant update all of my apps and cant transfer my purchase because there is still a apple id registered in my itouch i already reset the setting put my own apple id in the apps store but when i start to update all my apps the old account appears HELP!

From your description it appears that you have some apps on the iPod that were purchased with the account of the original owner.  Yu are not entitled to those apps.  I would restore the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod and then sync you stuff to the iPod.

    ok.. thanks sir.. but i already did the reset to original settings but the old owners apple id still appears..i think i have no choice but to sync it with my itunes so that i would have this kind of problem anymore..
