delay in startup with Grey then blue screen... is this normal?

I have noticed recently that my MacBook Pro delays in starting up... a grey screen starts and then a blue screen .... Is this something to worry about?

Evently it does start. Thanks for any advise. Carm

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
