Cannot activate RoboForm in Safari

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but did you have any luck getting it to work?

I'm on my 14th ticket with roboform support trying to fix this, and they don't seem to have a clue about what they're doing. one of their solutions was to get me to restart Internet Explorer... on my mac?

Mine was working quite well with the latest full version of Roboform and Safari. I just updated to OS X Lion. Now, Roboform doesn't work anymore with Safari. I guess I'll wait until Roboform update their software.

Count me in too. I spent quite some time going through different options and settings but to no avail. Glad I'm not the only one but was hoping for an answer! I see my passcards and Safari appears to attempt to open a new tab but nothing happens. I don't even want to browse until I get this up and running. 😢

Are you using the full Roboform or the Roboform Lite, Bandbabe?

I'm not finding relevant information in the Roboform FAQs, unfortunately. Have you checked in with Roboform support about the issue?

Suelew, this is true for me as well. I use roboform 15-25 times a day too. Hope they come up with a fix soon.

I saw on roboform website that they are aware of the problem and should have a fix in about 2 weeks. Keeping my finger cross!

Oh, how did I miss that? I will hope for sooner than two weeks. 😀

Only found the info because I was about to submit a support ticket with Roboform. Very hard to find info on their website

a new roboform is now available that support OS Lion. Roboform now works with Safari

Suelew, can you elaborate? I'm not seeing anything on the website and Roboform says I have the latest version installed.
