Hi all. Same problem. I tried changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. but nothing is working! Not having Facetime is driving me crazy!

I've tried:

restarting

rebooting

changing DNS to the above numbers

Date/time is correct

Restrictions are off

Apple ID/email and password is correct, and verified on the apple site

Intenet/wifi is working - I can access iStore and internet

PLEASE HELP!!!

hey all still having the same problem as the rest of you. Started after iTunes made me change my password because it was to short. the only problem is that since that password was too short it won't let me reset it back to the one that worke with facetime and there doesn't seem to be any solution to getting facetime to sync with the new password. anyone found any fixes yet for this? (other than creating a enw apple id etc.)

I read everyone's post and I had the same problem. I was using my correct password but it kept telling me username or password was incorrect. Somehow I went back and tried to sign in again and got the error message that my apple password had expired and I needed to create a new one. It won't let you use your old password. Mine had to be stronger and took more letters and numbers, but when I reset the password - wallah! FaceTime worked!
