How to use iPhone with Ford Sync?

Hi. I'm a new iPhone 4G user, and am trying to clean up my iTunes library so it will work well with Ford Sync.

The Ford Sync website talks about using a Windows program called "Sync myiTunes" to clean up any blanks in the iTunes metadata so that Ford Sync (on the car) will work properly with it.

I am wondering what I can do on the Mac side to "clean up the metadata" and how I would go about finding out where I have issues in my iTUnes library.

Does anyone have any pointers for me?
