iPhone 4 won't save photos from text/email/safari/screenshot into Camera Roll.

I'm having an issue with my iPhone 4 (most recent update) where I cannot save photos from text, e-mail, Safari OR screenshot into my Camera Roll. I can take photos and have them show up when I view the Camera Roll through Camera, but not when I go in through Photos. I've tried to soft kill the apps through Multitask, or hard kill through a restart. I've also restored my phone to factory settings and still cannot get the problem to stop. These will fix the problem for maybe one picture, and then it is back to not saving. Each time I open my Camera Roll it says it's re-building the library, no matter how many times I've opened the app.

There's an auxillary problem where after it starts to become an issue I can no longer take screen shots.

I am experiancing the same issue. I had no problems using camera + to edit save and share. Then yesterday I was emailed some photos from a friend that he took and I wanted to edit. I saved all 6 from my email to my camera roll, no problem. Then the first one I imported to camera+ and edited would not save to my camera roll. When I opened my camera roll to check it said rebuildeng camera roll. I tried this several times with the same outcome. Then I tried master reset. No luck. Then I tried a different pic, no luck. Then I tried to take a picture with camera +, no luck. Then I tried to take a pic with iphone 4 camera and it saved. Then I tried to save another from email, no luck. Then I tried to screen shot and it saved. Then I tried to screen shot a different, no luck. I am getting a bit upset that apple wants $30 to ask them what the problem is. I pay $1500 a year and $400 for the phone. ****** customer service. Does anyone know what is happening and, or how to fix it?? Please help!!!

You will be charged the $30 if it is determined the problem is not with the iPhone. If determined to be a problem that is covered under the warranty - an Apple software or hardware problem that requires an exchange under warranty, you will not be charged.

Based on what you've provided, the problem seems to be with Camera+ app. If so, this is not an Apple problem. This is a problem with the app, which is the App developer's problem and responsibility - no different when you have a problem with a 3rd party app on your computer. A problem with a 3rd party app on your computer is not Microsoft's or Apple's responsibility.
