"Invalid Document" when submitting podcasts to iTunes

Just created a podcast in Garageband, exported it to iWeb in iWeb 09's "Podcast" template, and am hosting from an FTP server from GoDaddy.

When I submit the URL to the iTunes Store on the submission page, i get this error message:

"We had difficulty reading this feed. Invalid document"

I went to a validator site to check it out (feedvalidator.org), the feed was indeed valid.

When I click on the "subscribe" link on the website, iTunes begins to subscribe and download the episode, so I know it works. Not sure what to do.

Please help.

Thanks,

Michael
