how to make iPads more difficult to steal?

Hi,

I work in a hospital, where we are rolling out iPads to clinical staff. However, one has been stolen after only three days!

I am looking for some advice.

I know that that they can be engraved on the metal case, but I would like to know if it would be possible to engrave something on the front to make it more visible and more of a deterrent?

I know it's a bit late for the missing iPad, but I need to look at some sort of tracking software. I am playing about with the free "Find my iPad", but I think that is going to be basic basic and akward to use with the number of iPads we have! Can any one recommend anything?
