my screen keeps resizing

my screen keeps reszing ive done the holding down buttons to reset it and have plugged it onto the computer please help

iPhone 3GS, iOS 4.3.2

You may have Zoom on... double tap with three fingers to turn it off. Go into Settings > General > Accessibility to disable it.
