Airport Express XBox 360 gaming

Can someone give me step by step directions. I am using an airport express for my Xbox 360 and Computer. I can't access locally hosted Xbox games unless I plug the ethernet directly to the XBox. How do I access the local network utilizing the airport express so I can join or host games (Locally)?
