How do I sync my iPhone pictures to my iPad?

FYI ... "Pictures that have been synced from your computer to your device cannot be reimported back to your computer. Only pictures in the Camera Roll or Saved Photos can be imported from your device to your computer. If you need to retrieve synced photos from your device, email them directly from the device to yourself and then copy them from the emails to your computer."

download your photos from you Iphone to Iphoto to your computer and create and album for them so they are easier to find. then go through Itunes after your ipad2 is connected and click on your device then click on the photo tab at the tab and tell it to sync all your photos on iphoto or you can choose which ones to sync.

There are third-party apps that allow you to transfer photos between iOS devices via your wifi network e.g. Simple Transfer (which also has a free 'lite' version called Simple Photo & Video Transfer). You can also connect the iPhone to the iPad via the camera connection kit and transfer the photos to the iPad that way (I don't think that works from iPad to iPhone).

You cant. you have to sync your phone to your computer and downlaod your photos and then sync the photos to your Ipad from your computer.

I use the Camera Connection Kit. It's much faster than trying to do it over Bluetooth. No computer required.
