My downloaded pictures from my camera show up in iphoto but when I click on the import button it won't import, it just keeps saying the photos are being posted to the photo library, but they're not. This has never happened before. I only have a total of 5,992 photos in iphoto, it couldn't be full could it?

As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

My ipho accross the top doesn't have create library, and none of the drop downs do either, just import to library

Ok, got it, I went into applications to open it and that popped up. But guess what, I just tried to import my photos again (into my old library and it worked...go figure). Maybe it was just sort of sorts a while ago??
I meant out of sorts awhile ago
Anyway, thanks for your help, I hope my iphoto really did fix itself!
