Why does my language settings keeps changing even though i have set my font language to english, everytimr i log out and login it stays for around 10 minutes and again the language gets changed.

What language settings are you talking about exactly? The keyboard layout? If so, what does it change to? Make sure in system prefs/international/input menu only the box for US is checked.
Or are you referring to the language of your OS menus?

i did all the possible ways, i checked the US in the input preferences from the system preferences.
Since it is a common machine many people use it. initially when i login using my id it remains in english once i navigate to another machine (alt+tab) and navigate back to my mac the language gets changed to some signs which makes me difficult to work. please help to resolve this issue.

Your inability to describe what you see by anything more detailed than "signs" makes it hard to know what the problem is. But I suggest that you go again to system prefs/international/input sources and make sure you scroll through the entire list of keyboards and double check that NO other box is checked besides the one called US.
To make a screen shot with Windows keyboard I think it is Windows + Shift + 3 (or 4 for part of the screen).
