I've already had my iPhone 4 replaced once and it is once a few months old. Now my replacement iPhone 4 is showing signs of faults and was wondering how many times Apple will replace faulty phones whilst still under warranty?

As many times as it takes for you to get one without any factory defects. What are "signs of faults"?
My first iPhone had a faulty receiver & I couldn'thear the person on the other end of the phone.With my current phone, I can use it for a few minutes and then the bottom half of the the screen doesn't respond to touch. I have been so careful with both of them, never dropped or bumped or anything like that. Just so dissapointing considering thr hype surrounding them. At least the after sale service is good!
